WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 working days after purchase.

How long does the transportation take?

The delivery time will be different because we will ship from different fulfillment centers to the world based on your location. The average shipping time is about 15 to 35 working days. 3-7 days after your order is shipped, your tracking number will be updated.

How to cancel an order?

We can only cancel the order within the first 12 hours after placing the order. After that, the order has probably been processed and is being prepared for shipment or has already been shipped. Once it took effect, it lost our control. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you, but we are proud of our timely service, which includes placing your order as soon as possible.

What is your return policy?

If there are any problems with your order (defective products, incorrect orders, damaged orders, etc.), please contact us within 7 days after receiving the order. We will be happy to assist you in reviewing the case. If approved, We will help you. Send replacement. Please do not return the product before we review the case, our customer service team will review the request and send further instructions. 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the returned items. The original freight is not refundable.
